Paige Hopkins is a compassionate and dedicated PCC Trainee who is deeply committed to helping clients untangle the complexities of their lives through a warm, nonjudgmental therapeutic approach. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, she specializes in trauma-informed care, utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EFT/EFIT (Emotionally Focused Therapy/Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) to help clients shift negative thought patterns and gain a deeper understanding of their past and how it shapes their present.
Paige’s journey in the field of psychology began in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego in 2022 and is currently completing her Master’s in Counseling Psychology while accruing clinical hours. Paige offers a supportive and approachable presence, creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and free from intimidation. Her authentic personality shines through in therapy, fostering trust and comfort, essential components of the therapeutic alliance.
