Paige Hopkins, MA (She/Her)
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#18938)
Paige Hopkins is a warm, dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. Specializing in trauma-informed therapy, Paige uses a combination of holistic and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT). These approaches help clients shift negative thought patterns, understand how past experiences impact the present, and connect the mind and body in the healing process.
Paige has earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from National University. Paige’s genuine, approachable nature creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Her authentic presence fosters trust—an essential element of any successful therapeutic relationship. She has experience working with culturally diverse populations and supporting neurodivergent individuals in recognizing their strengths while managing challenges, rather than trying to eliminate them.
Paige helps clients address anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, life transitions, anger management, and more. She collaborates with clients to build practical coping skills, explore emotions in depth, and understand how childhood experiences affect adulthood. With empathy and insight, Paige empowers clients to heal and grow. If you're looking for support, Paige is here to help—take the first step and schedule a session today.
