Does TheraQ have a Physical Office?No, TheraQ is 100% Virtual, so we can offer low-cost services across California.

Does TheraQ have a waitlist?TheraQ does not have a waitlist. We strive to accommodate appointments promptly to ensure timely access to our services. If we are full, we can provide you with referrals to other low-cost practices.

Does TheraQ Offer Psychological Testing?No, TheraQ does not offer psychological testing at this time. We can, however, provide referrals to practices that do offer psychological testing for Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and more.

Does TheraQ Accept Insurance?TheraQ is pleased to accept a variety of insurance plans. We are currently in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Optum. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with a variety of insurance companies, such as Cigna and Blue Shield. If you don't have insurance or have a high deductible, rest assured—our services are designed to be accessible to everyone, ensuring that we can support a broad range of clients regardless of coverage.

Do I Need to Call to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment?Nope! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment on our online portal.

How Do I Pay for my Session?You can add a form of payment through our online portal or we can provide you with a One Time Payment Link after your appointment that expires 24 hours after it is sent.
