Paige Hopkins, MA (She/Her)
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#18938)
Paige Hopkins is a warm, dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. Specializing in trauma-informed therapy, Paige uses a combination of holistic and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT). These approaches help clients shift negative thought patterns, understand how past experiences impact the present, and connect the mind and body in the healing process.
Paige has earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from National University. Paige’s genuine, approachable nature creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Her authentic presence fosters trust—an essential element of any successful therapeutic relationship. She has experience working with culturally diverse populations and supporting neurodivergent individuals in recognizing their strengths while managing challenges, rather than trying to eliminate them.
Paige understands how overwhelming life can feel—whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to make sense of a difficult season. She works with clients navigating PTSD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, anger, and more, offering a space that's grounded in compassion and honesty. Paige partners with you to build practical coping tools, explore emotions more deeply, and make sense of how your past may still be shaping your present. Her goal is to walk beside you as you heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. If you’re ready to feel more supported and understood, Paige is here to help—reach out and take that first step.
