Yasaman especially enjoys helping clients who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward in their lives or relationships.
Yasaman’s therapy style is collaborative, honest, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and family systems therapy to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping strategies, and create more meaningful connections with others. She believes therapy should feel human, not clinical or intimidating, and works to create an environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
When working with anxiety, Yasaman helps clients identify triggers, understand emotional and physical responses, and develop practical coping tools that support greater stability and self-awareness. In relationship work, she helps clients explore communication patterns, emotional needs, boundaries, and attachment experiences in order to build healthier and more connected relationships. She also supports clients navigating questions related to identity, authenticity, and personal growth.
Clients working with Yasaman can expect a kind, nonjudgmental approach that values trust, collaboration, and emotional safety. If you are looking for a therapist who helps you feel understood and supported while you work to create meaningful and lasting change, Yasaman may be a great fit for you!
